[FAIE : Business Administration] Seminar “From Idea to Reality” – Inspiring Scientific Research Potential

Have You Ever Wondered How a Small Idea Can Become a Research Project That Delivers Practical Value?

On the morning of 3 October 2024, The Faculty of Administration International Economics (FAIE), Lac Hong University, provided Business Administration students with the opportunity to answer that question through a seminar entitled “From Idea to Reality.”

With the aim of inspiring scientific research potential and equipping students with practical application knowledge, the seminar created a dynamic academic environment where students not only gained in-depth knowledge but also learned from the real-world experiences of leading experts. This served as a solid launching pad, enabling students to confidently pursue their aspirations of turning research ideas into reality.

Turning Dreams into Reality – From Theory to Practical Application

When it comes to scientific research, many students often perceive it as a dry and distant field. However, through the sharing of PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Head of FAIE; Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Lac Hong Journal; along with distinguished speakers such as Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh – General Director of QMT-JP Plastic Joint Stock Company, and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phong – Assistant to the Director and Head of the Business Department of Le Cao Phat Construction Materials Joint Stock Company, students gained a fresh perspective. They realized that every small idea sparked in their minds could become a promising research project if properly developed and implemented.

The speakers not only guided students on how to formulate scientific research topics but also shared valuable experiences on applying theory in real business contexts to create tangible value. This is the key to helping Business Administration students understand that scientific research is not a distant concept but a powerful tool to advance their professional careers.

Enhancing Skills – Modern Research Tools Within Reach

In addition to theoretical knowledge, the seminar also focused on providing students with essential research skills, particularly in using data analysis software. Equipped with these tools, students can not only analyze data accurately but also draw meaningful conclusions, thereby producing research works with high practical applicability.

The enthusiastic participation of students from classes 22QT111, 22QT112, 23QT111, and 23QT112 demonstrated their eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge themselves. Thought-provoking questions and in-depth discussions with the speakers affirmed that Business Administration students are not only future managers but also potential scientific researchers.
