On the morning of 16 October 2024, in Room A301, Campus 1, Lac Hong University, The Faculty of Administration International Economics (FAIE) organized a seminar featuring experienced speakers: PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Head of FAIE; PhD Duong Minh Hung – Deputy General Director of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; and MB Huynh Nhat Lam – General Director of Cuskin Korea Cosmetics and Aesthetics Pharmaceutical HT. It was an inspiring and knowledge-rich morning for students passionate about Marketing.

Real Stories – Lessons Beyond Textbooks
In a friendly atmosphere, students confidently raised questions about the challenges they face when starting a career in Marketing. Questions such as “How can we attract customers in the digital era?” and “How can we build an effective marketing campaign with a limited budget?” were addressed by the speakers through their own practical experiences. Each response was a story, a valuable lesson that cannot be found in textbooks.
Learning Opportunities Beyond the Classroom Walls
The seminar truly created a space where students not only listened but also directly asked questions and received advice from experienced professionals. For example, when asked about building customer trust in the digital environment, MB Huynh Nhat Lam shared real-life experiences from developing the Cuskin Korea cosmetics brand, emphasizing patience and listening to customer feedback. Additionally, PhD Duong Minh Hung shared hard-earned lessons on overcoming difficulties when introducing new products to the market.

Students were exposed to real business scenarios, proposed their own solutions, and received immediate feedback from the speakers. They gained genuine value from the insights shared by the lecturers and industry professionals—knowledge that can be directly applied during internships and future employment.
