[FAIE: Business Administration] Business Administration Club Session “Effective Methods for Learning English”

On 5 December 2024, at Room B203, Campus 1 of Lac Hong University, the Business Administration Club organized a thematic session entitled “Effective Methods for Learning English,” which concluded successfully. The session was delivered by MB Truong Le Hoang – an experienced lecturer in the fields of management and foreign language teaching. The program attracted a large number of students, providing valuable knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm for learning English.

During the session, MB Truong Le Hoang introduced students to effective and modern English learning methods, including:

    • Learning through real-life interaction: Students were encouraged to participate in discussion groups and communicate directly with international peers to improve listening and speaking skills.

    • Applying technology in learning: Learning tools such as Duolingo, Grammarly, and TED Talks were introduced to support students in self-study and improving grammar and vocabulary.

    • Developing daily study habits: Listening to podcasts, reading bilingual books, and practicing speaking in front of a mirror were emphasized as habits that can help students make significant progress in a short time.

Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, a student of class 22QT111, shared: “The session not only helped me recognize more effective ways to learn English but also rekindled my passion for studying. The practical knowledge and methods shared by Ms. Hoang are truly useful and easy to apply.”

Many other students also expressed their enthusiasm and desire to participate in similar programs in the future to further develop their foreign language skills and expand their academic and career opportunities.

The Faculty of Administration International Economics consistently emphasizes comprehensive student development, particularly in enhancing foreign language proficiency. Sessions like this not only provide opportunities for students to learn but also create a platform for interaction, practice, and clearer academic orientation. In the coming time, the Faculty plans to organize more diverse and practical activities, continuing to accompany students on their journey of personal development.
