On the morning of 24 December 2024, at Hall A301, Campus 1, the Business Administration major, The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University organized the Final Round of the competition “Searching for Talented CEO” – Season 2. The event attracted a large number of students, creating an engaging academic and skills-based platform.
Playing a significant role in evaluating and inspiring the contestants, the Judging Panel consisted of leading experts in management and entrepreneurship:
Mr. Nguyen Van Tan: Chairman of the Dong Nai Innovative Start-up Advisory Council; Member of the National Innovative Start-up Advisory Council (VSMA); Co-head of Design Thinking Village; Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University; Head of the Judging Panel.
Mr. Trinh Ngoc Thuan: Director of Thien Long Long Thanh Company Limited; Member of the Judging Panel.
Mr. Hoang Tuan Anh: Chief Executive Officer of QMT-JP Plastic Joint Stock Company; Member of the Judging Panel.

The Competition Consisted of Two Challenging Rounds
Round 1:
English Fluency: Contestants demonstrated their communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills in English—an essential competency for a global CEO.
Leadership Art: Contestants were evaluated through simulated situations, showcasing strategic thinking, management skills, and the ability to inspire in a leadership role.
Round 2:
Behavioral and Situational Response: The top contestants advanced to the decisive round, facing real-life scenario questions to demonstrate quick problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and the composure of a future leader.
Participants not only demonstrated their competencies but also gained valuable learning experiences. The competition helped them improve teamwork, presentation skills, and the ability to handle pressure. These practical experiences serve as valuable assets, enhancing their confidence in their career journeys.

First Prize: Vu Hoang Son – Class 22MK111.
Second Prize: Tran Manh Thang – Class 22QT111.
Third Prize: Mac Le Khanh – Class 23KQ111.
Sharing his feelings after winning, Vu Hoang Son – Class 22MK111 – stated: “Winning First Prize in this competition is a great honor for me. The competition gave me the opportunity to challenge myself and overcome my own limits. Standing on the stage to receive the award, I felt not only proud but also aware of a greater responsibility to continue developing myself. I understand that today’s success is the result of personal effort, the support of lecturers, and the enthusiastic encouragement of my friends. This will be a strong motivation for me to strive further in my upcoming career journey.”

The competition was not merely a platform but also reflected the efforts of The Faculty of Administration International Economics in creating a practical learning environment that fosters comprehensive student development.
