What Value Does MB Bank Bring to New Students of FAIE?.

In the vibrant atmosphere of welcoming the new academic year, on the morning of 1 October 2022, FAIE, Lac Hong University, organized the ceremony “Welcoming New Students K22” with many dynamic activities aimed at encouraging the academic spirit of the “freshmen” who had just begun their university journey. At the same time, the Faculty recognized the positive contributions of specialized clubs as well as the academic efforts of students by commending the Executive Boards of clubs and honoring students with excellent and good academic performance in the 2022–2023 academic year.

The program took place at 7:30 on 1 October 2022, with the attendance of:

• PhD Lam Thanh Hien – President of the University

• PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE

• MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean of FAIE

• Comrade Truong Le Bao Trinh – Secretary of the University Youth Union

• MB Doan Viet Anh – Head of the Admissions Division, Center for Admissions and Public Relations

In addition, there were Heads of Majors, Heads of Divisions, lecturers, and staff members of FAIE.

Nearly 500 students attended the program.

One of the most popular welcoming performances among the freshmen was the impressive presentation by second- and third-year students for the new members of LHU. Subsequently, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE – introduced the organizational structure of the Faculty and extended a warm welcome to the freshmen joining the “common home” of LHU. The welcoming program series included cultural performances, introduction of academic advisors, attractive gifts from the Faculty, commendation of club Executive Boards, and recognition of students with excellent and good academic achievements in the 2021–2022 academic year.

Notably, in addition to games such as “Lo To” organized by the Executive Committee of the Youth Union – Student Association of FAIE, there was also a Marketplace where students freely demonstrated their abilities by engaging in business activities. This activity helped students apply their acquired knowledge in practice, strengthen solidarity within Youth Union branches, and expand connections among classes.

With the motto: “Your study is your responsibility; employment is for Lac Hong to ensure.” Lac Hong University continuously expands partnerships with enterprises, among which MB Bank is a notable partner. Within the framework of the program, MB Bank sponsored gifts, preferential policies for students, and especially scholarships that provided students with additional motivation to overcome life’s challenges.

On this occasion, MB Bank organized a booth at the event, providing interesting information about the MB application and part-time job opportunities for all students, including LHU freshmen. The booth attracted a large number of students who came to explore part-time job positions and learn about the MB application. In addition, MB Bank offered attractive gifts to students who installed the MB application on the spot. Students also received sharing sessions on essential skills and working experience in the corporate environment, along with coordination in implementing internship and recruitment programs, thereby expanding practical knowledge. Understanding enterprises’ needs enables students to strive to become competent individuals in the new era.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, MB Bank is expected to continue collaborating with FAIE in the future by providing more scholarships to students and organizing recruitment sessions to address employment issues. The number of team cards brought was insufficient to meet students’ demand and will be delivered to them as soon as possible.
