    Seminar on Connecting the Innovation and Startup Ecosystem and Launch of the Student Innovation Village (SIV) in Dong Nai.

    Continuing the program of the Dong Nai Province Innovation and Startup Festival 2023, on the morning of 28 August, Lac Hong University hosted the Seminar on Connecting the Innovation and Startup Ecosystem and the Launch of the Student Innovation Village (SIV) in Dong Nai. Attending the program were Mr. Vo Ngoc Thach, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Huynh Minh Hau, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; representatives of the Student Innovation and Startup Village, co-heads of the Village, business units, and a large number of students in Dong Nai.

    The seminar provided the student startup community in Dong Nai with many useful and engaging topics, as well as effective support solutions for innovation and startup activities, including: introduction of investment funds; introduction of enterprise operation simulation solutions through Berich; introduction of STEM activities supporting innovation and startup initiatives; enhancement of career-oriented psychological counseling capacity in schools.

    At the program, the launch ceremony of the Student Innovation Village – Techfest HUB at Lac Hong University, Dong Nai Province, was held, with Mr. Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, serving as HUB Director. The program also announced sponsorship activities for the Village from various units and enterprises. Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam, Head of the Student Innovation and Startup Village, highly appreciated the activities that Lac Hong University has invested in to support innovation and startup activities in recent years. Together with the support of the Student Innovation and Startup Village, along with experts and sponsors, these efforts aim to further promote innovation and startup activities. Ms. Thanh Tam expressed her expectation that institutions in Dong Nai will strengthen connections with one another to build a sustainable innovation and startup ecosystem, thereby further enhancing innovation and startup activities.
