In order to provide students of the Business Administration major with practical learning opportunities, career orientation updates, and to create conditions for lecturers to enhance their professional expertise and implement the major’s activity plan, on 20 October 2023, The Faculty of Administration International Economics – Lac Hong University organized the program “Field Trip to Binh Thuan Plastic Group Joint Stock Company” for 94 second-year students majoring in Business Administration. The field trip was led by PhD Nguyen Van Dung – Head of the Business Administration major – in coordination with the University’s Business Relations and Student Support Division, the Faculty, and lecturers of the Business Administration major.

The field trip to Binh Thuan Plastic Group Joint Stock Company was an extremely useful and engaging experience for second-year Business Administration students. The visit not only provided deeper insight into a real enterprise but also enabled students to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and explore further the industry they are pursuing.

During the visit, students were introduced to the company’s history, scale of operations, products, production processes, and business management activities. They had the opportunity to tour the plastic manufacturing plant to understand production processes, technologies used, and quality control procedures. This helped students gain a clearer understanding of production processes within a real enterprise and apply academic knowledge in a practical context.

In addition, students engaged in exchanges with the company’s management departments and interacted with company staff, including experts in business administration, production, and marketing. This provided students with opportunities to ask questions, discuss practical experiences, and obtain valuable information about various aspects of the plastics industry and business administration.
The field trip to Binh Thuan Plastic Group Joint Stock Company was an excellent opportunity for second-year Business Administration students to explore and learn from a leading enterprise in the plastics industry. Through this visit, students were able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, better understand production processes, business management, and corporate strategies. At the same time, they had the opportunity to network with industry professionals, expand their connections, and build a foundation for their future careers.
